Many participants would change the structure of their day, their activities, or even their home and diet to help them focus more fully on wellness as a life priority. In these images, participants convey wellness strategies are any restructuring of time or routine to try to cultivate wellness. As opposed to wellness activities, these strategies indicate a new structural arrangement of or relationship to wellness practices, including an increase in time or energy spent on coping or wellbeing.
A quart of hand picked dewberries: I went down the road by myself and near to where I live to handpick some dewberries. I made a dewberry pie. Being cooped up in the house was makingme feel restless an irritated so I safely got outdoors and enjoyed myself.

When in doubt....go fishing: Since I am not able to really do a lot physically, this time has been a good time to do things around the house and care for the yard. I can't do a lot of the work but since my husband and kids are home due to cut work hours, we have set up a family plan to help each other and get more done around the house. This is a picture of our yard. I may only be able to sit in a chair and watch but I can hang out and spend time with the people I love.

Intern!: My coworkers have seen plenty of my cat on video meetings, and I jokingly refer to him as my intern. He also likes to creep around my workspace, tryingto make himself more helpful. Today he discovered he can peek at me from under my laptop stand. My cat has been a huge help to me in dealing withquarantine, keeping me entertained, reminding me that it's good to take breaks to walk around the kitchen.

Daily Reminders: I created a daily reminders checklist to hang on my wall, to ensure that I was getting several key components to my wellbeing daily (including bathing, making my bed, taking meds, getting outside). I also created a "Bucket List" of items that I wanted to get done during this time. The latter ended up being taken down, as it was a reminder of everything I "should" be doing and I wasn't mentally in the place to experience that. However, two months later I'm still checking off my daily reminders.
